Cleanup old deployment types
Previously, openshift-ansible supported various
types of deployments using the variable "openshift_deployment_type"
Currently, openshift-ansible only supports two deployment types,
"origin" and "openshift-enterprise".
This commit removes all logic and references to deprecated
deployment types.
